The Boy & The Bear is a specialty coffee roasting company born in Colombia in 2012 and based in Los Angeles, built on intentional design and a deep respect for our coffee craft and the people behind it. Today we operate six (6) cafés in Los Angeles, with eight (8) projected by the end of 2026.

Everything we do carries clarity and intention, from sourcing and roasting, to the design of our cafés, to the way we connect with our customers. We approach coffee the same way we approach design: with passion, discipline, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Our goal: Create calm, world-class coffee experiences through thoughtful design and warm hospitality.

As we continue to grow, we remain focused on protecting our culture and evolving our craft with respect for everyone involved ... from origin to the final served cup.
