Global Management integrates comprehensive company management, achieving high returns for investors, and managing the various legal entities that own TBG’s real estate investments. Global Management takes the lead in strategic planning, acquisitions and development, as well as the procurement of debt to in order to leverage growth. 

Asset Management focuses on generating maximum profit from TBG’s real estate assets. Among other areas, this involves evaluating development and re-development opportunities, maintaining high occupancy rates for leased investments, and determining the most-profitable, best use for properties. 

Property Management oversees a wide range of services vital to TBG’s daily operations. Specifically, Property Management works in the areas of lease administration, property accounting, building operations, tenant relations, and managing tenant-improvement construction. Dedicated to optimum property performance and profitability, TBG leverages decades of successful property management experience in order to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
