The BrandLab’s mission is to change the face and voice of the marketing and advertising industry. We envision people of color launching sustainable careers in workplaces of inclusivity and belonging.

We serve young professionals ages 15-25 from Indigenous, Black, Brown, AAPI and Hispanic/Latinx backgrounds who are interested in creative careers through job programs, professional development, mentorships and more. In addition, we work with the industry to place young talent, and ensure that both the workplace and work being produced are culturally competent and equitable.

We operate our programming in the Twin Cities, Kansas City, Milwaukee, and Chicago.

The Internship Program team at The BrandLab is dedicated to providing hands-on learning experiences for young professionals from diverse backgrounds. They facilitate internships and professional development opportunities, mentoring participants to prepare them for creative careers in marketing and advertising. By partnering with industry professionals, the team ensures that interns gain valuable skills while promoting inclusivity and cultural competence in the workplace.
