We are one of America’s pioneers in competitive intelligence and Win/Loss analysis. Our focus is: competitive intelligence process development, Win/Loss analysis, Market Opportunity Analysis, Sales Intelligence, Customer Insight, and Elicitation.

♦Competitive Intelligence Process Development
We have helped companies develop competitive intelligence programs since 1985. An effective CI program focuses everyone’s attention on the company’s most important initiatives and goals. Let us help you find out how.

♦Win Loss Analysis
Customers and those who chose a competitor, are a great source of competitive intelligence, product development and market insight—the outcome of Win Loss analysis. Win Loss Analysis is the title of our book. http://amzn.to/297Mrxl We do and train companies on how to do Win/Loss analysis.

♦Market Opportunity Analysis
Market opportunity analysis assesses the attractiveness of a business idea. While our clients have great ideas, sometimes they are late to the market or are chasing an unprofitable niche. Other times it's a home run!

♦Sales Intelligence
Companies often underestimate how much their sales force knows. They have trouble getting Sales to share competitive intelligence. Since we speak “Sales”, we can facilitate effective communication among individuals in sales, marketing and product development—often a weak link.

♦Customer Insight
Let us help you gain the customer insight that helps your business acquire, develop and retain more customers. A Japanese proverb succinctly puts it: “Insight without action is a daydream. Action without insight is a nightmare.”

♦Elicitation
Elicitation is a planned conversation, which flows and induces people to voluntarily tell you things without you having to ask. We use elicitation techniques in research projects with great results. We also teach sales, marketing and product developers how to improve their interviewing skills by using elicitation techniques.
