For more than a decade, The Calta Group has specialized in the development and construction of residential developments across South Florida, spanning custom estates, multifamily communities, and large-scale condominium projects. Calta properties reflect sophistication in design and the highest standards in execution and quality.

Established in 2010 by brothers Ignazio and Gaetano Caltagirone, the firm is shaped by a legacy of development and construction experience cultivated within one of Europe’s preeminent real estate conglomerates, where the brothers grew up immersed in project environments from an early age.

Today, The Calta Group operates as a vertically integrated platform encompassing acquisition, development, design, and construction services. The firm delivers projects both as an investor-developer and on behalf of clients as an owner’s representative, bringing disciplined execution and strategic oversight across projects of varying scale and complexity.

Guided by its core values of truth, integrity, and accountability, and supported by a multidisciplinary team of industry professionals, The Calta Group approaches each development with a sophisticated European design perspective and a long-term commitment to quality. Its developments enhance their surrounding environments and are recognized throughout South Florida’s most desirable residential markets for architectural character, execution strength, and enduring value.
