With a firm commitment to client satisfaction, The CBMC Group is guided by relentless focus of operational excellence, superior service and innovative quality control programs. We constantly strive to implement critical initiatives required to achieve our vision and to meet and exceed our commitments to the clients we serve. The CBMC Group is dedicated to providing meticulous attention to our client’s requirements, and will not be satisfied until we meet those needs with the highest attention and quality of service. Our mission is to provide the best possible service at the highest quality levels. Our core values are geared towards long-term strategies and short-term actions that are shared by every associate at The CBMC Group.

A cleaning and maintenance company has no physical product. We are judged entirely by the service we provide our customers. In such an environment, performance standards must not only be established and met. They must be surpassed.

CBMC’s portfolio is comprised of over 500 residential, corporate, commercial and retail properties throughout the northeast corridor, with operations currently in six (6) states – Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

White House Concierge, a division of CBMC Capital Building Maintenance Corporation, shares over a century long tradition by providing complete concierge and related services. White House Concierge (WHC) is dedicated to the consistent delivery of quality in all aspects of our operation.

Broadening the scope of a traditional concierge company, we are re-defining the industry by offering our valued clients our signature Amenities Management Services. WHC offers both Residential and Corporate services, which will be tailored to your precise needs.
