The CEO Project is a confidential environment where experienced CEOs work through the high-stakes decisions they cannot fully pressure-test inside their own organizations.

Our members are accomplished CEOs leading larger, more complex businesses where the consequences of strategic decisions carry real operational, financial, and enterprise value implications. Many operate under significant board, investor, and market pressure with limited places to think openly and objectively about the decisions that matter most.

The CEO Project was built to solve that problem.

This isn't a networking group, leadership development program, or a traditional mastermind group. In this disciplined CEO decision-making environment, high-performing leaders challenge assumptions, sharpen strategic thinking, and support one another as they navigate growth, leadership, capital allocation, organizational challenges, and long-term value creation.

Members bring real issues into the room:

• Leadership and executive hiring decisions
• Board and investor dynamics
• Strategic pivots and growth initiatives
• Organizational and operational constraints
• Capital and investment decisions
• Enterprise value and succession considerations

Every experience is guided by former CEOs and operators who understand the realities of executive leadership firsthand. Through structured peer insights and facilitated discussions, members get clarity, perspective, and confidence about the decisions that shape their companies.

Many of our members have participated for years because the value extends far beyond advice; it becomes a trusted system for making better decisions, reducing blind spots, and avoiding costly mistakes.

If you are a CEO seeking a confidential room to think through the decisions that carry the greatest weight, we invite you to learn more at www.theceoproject.com.
