We help quietly powerful professionals grow from the inside out.

At The Change Canvas, we believe the most sustainable leadership begins within.

We work with purpose-driven professionals who feel the quiet tension between external success and internal disconnection. Whether you're a mid-career woman reclaiming her voice, a high performer approaching burnout, or a leader at a life crossroads you're not here for surface solutions. You’re ready to lead with more truth.

This is the work of becoming. Fully. Unapologetically. You.

Through trauma-informed coaching, values-led reflection, and conscious leadership development, we offer a grounded, spacious environment for deep inner growth. Our approach blends lived experience, corporate credibility, and soulful self-inquiry so you can come home to yourself and lead from there.

You’ll find an entry point that meets you:
• Quiet self-reflection through free tools and self-assessments at thechangecanvas.ch/starting-points
• Free digital download of Awakening to Wholeness and the companion journal Embrace Your Truth at rochelletrow.com
•A self-paced, affordable online programme on conscious leadership (coming soon)
• 1:1 coaching for individuals navigating transitions or burnout
•Conscious leadership workshops and team interventions for organisations ready to lead from within

We support those who:
•	Feel stuck or misaligned and crave honest direction
•	Are quietly burning out behind the mask of capability
•	Are tired of shrinking and ready to lead from wholeness
•	Want to live and work in ways that feel meaningful and real
•	Are navigating identity, transition, or systemic pressure

We don’t offer hacks or hype.
We offer space. Truth. And the tools to come back to yourself.
It’s time to lead, not louder, but truer.
