As Co-Founder and Director of Changing Education Limited, they have facilitated over 14 million hours of work-based learning, focusing on creating innovative solutions and partnerships to improve career education. Currently serving as an Editor for the British Journal of School Nursing, Stephen contributes to national discussions on child and adolescent well-being. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Chester, they bring a unique perspective to shaping inclusive career opportunities for the next generation.
