Tom Fleming

Tom Fleming serves as an Associate Partner at Chartis since May 2023, specializing in enterprise strategy and academic alignment within the Strategic Transformation Line of Business. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Engagement Manager at ECG Management Consultants from January 2018 to March 2023, leading initiatives in the Academic Healthcare practice with a focus on the clinical operations of academic medical centers and pediatrics. Additionally, Tom gained experience as a Senior Consultant at UT Southwestern Medical Center, an Administrative Fellow in Surgery, and has held various roles at UNC Health Care and Wake Forest Baptist Health, alongside a position as a Project Assistant at King & Spalding LLP. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Political Science from the College of Charleston.
