Michael Pepper has a diverse work experience that spans various technical support and engineering roles. Michael began their career as a Technology Paraprofessional at the Town of East Longmeadow in 2017 before transitioning to a Systems Administrator role at DFF Corp in 2018. Following that, they worked at MGM Resorts International in multiple technical support engineer positions, including as a Technical Support Engineer I and II. In 2022, Michael joined COCC as a Field Systems Engineer - Cloud Services before returning to MGM Resorts International as a Technical Support Engineer III. Currently, they are employed at The Cigna Group as a Technical Support Advisor and has been promoted to the role of Technical Support Lead Analyst. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated the ability to leverage their technical expertise to provide exceptional support and coordination between IT and business operations.

Michael Pepper attended Springfield Technical Community College from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an AA degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
