Robert MacHen

Robert Machen has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Robert most recently served as the Senior Vice President & CIO at The Cigna Group's Evernorth Care division since February 2023. Prior to that, from August 2022 to March 2023, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at Optum at Home within Optum.

Before joining Optum, Robert was the Chief Information Officer at Prospero Health from February 2021 to December 2022. Robert also held significant positions at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from July 2018 to January 2021, and as the SVP & Chief Information Officer from April 2010 to January 2021.

Furthermore, they have experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Hilton Hotels Corporation as the VP of Strategy & Planning from 2000 to 2009, and later at Hilton Worldwide in the same role from 2009 to April 2010.

Robert Machen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Harding University between 1986 and 1990.
