Ted Karras, center for the Cincinnati Bengals, founded The Cincy Hat in 2022—a nonprofit hat brand committed to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Ted and our team are continually inspired by the unwavering support of our community as we work to change the lives of those with IDD - one Cincy Hat at a time.

The Cincy Hat supports initiatives such as The Village of Merici, provides full-ride scholarships to students in the University of Cincinnati's TAP program, advocates for independent housing options for individuals with IDD, and contributes to other charitable causes aimed at improving the lives of those with IDD.
