The Circle Squared (TCS) exists solely to awaken the dormant potential in people and, consequently, in organisations.

Who would dispute there is indeed an abundance of dormant and unmanifested human potential? And why is this so?  According to our experience, it is because people, wherever they may be, are not yet convinced to unravel their full potential in the workplace.
