TCF is a Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore based innovation company focused on building the low-altitude economy ecosystem, with a core role in establishing and operating the Low Altitude Technology Acceleration Centre (LATAC) at Thailand Digital Valley (TDV).

TCF partners with Thailand’s Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) to develop a soft-landing and acceleration hub for global and local drone and low-altitude technology companies, including regulatory facilitation, market entry support, and commercialisation programs.

The company leads fund raising, community building, accelerator cohorts, proof-of-concept trials (such as logistics and commercial drone pilots), talent development, and certified training related to drone operations and regulatory compliance.



Through LATAC, Sky Lab manages a co-branded physical space at TDV to host startups, industry events, demos, and international immersion programs, positioning itself as a strategic operator and ecosystem orchestrator for low-altitude technology in Thailand and the wider ASEAN region.
