Tom Sinclair

Tom Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent position was as a Finance Director at The Citation Group starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chairperson and Board Member at Repair Cafe Wales from December 2020 to the present. Tom also worked as the Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis at Virgin Media O2 from June 2021 to January 2022. Before their tenure at Virgin Media O2, Tom worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) as the Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis from October 2020 to June 2021, and as the Head of Finance - Consumer and SMB from January 2018 to October 2020. From June 2015 to January 2018, they held the position of Director of Finance and Performance at Sky Österreich, and prior to that, they were the Head of Finance at Sky from July 2013 to June 2015. Tom also worked at Sky Deutschland AG as a Financial Controller from October 2011 to June 2013, and at Sky as a Senior Finance Analyst from September 2010 to October 2011 and from June 2009 to September 2010. Tom began their career as an Audit Senior at Baker Tilly from September 2005 to June 2009.

Tom Sinclair earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics with European Union Studies from the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2004. In 2021 to 2022, they attended thePower, where they pursued an MBA specializing in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation. Additionally, Tom Sinclair obtained the ACA certification from ICAEW in 2007.
