The Citylifer is delivering a brand-new housing solution that is uniquely catered to young adults and contemporary nomads, opening up new possibilities in limited space.

We design, operate and build fully furnished, compact apartments that adapt throughout the day, offering flexibility, comfort, and connection for a new generation of city dwellers.

▪️ Smart design – Thoughtful layouts and multifunctional furniture unlock extra square meters
▪️ Award-winning innovation – Our Nomad Studio redefines what 22m² can do
▪️ Community-first coliving – Shared spaces are placed at the heart of our buildings—sunny rooftops, warm common rooms—not hidden in the back. Because when shared spaces are genuinely great, people connect faster and private units can remain compact.
▪️ Hospitality-level service – Seamless short- and mid-stay living, without hotel limitations
▪️ Sustainable by nature – We upcycle underused buildings to accelerate delivery and reduce impact
▪️ Affordable by design – Premium experience, accessible pricing
▪️ Rooted in the Netherlands, built for cities around the world

We understand that space is important, but it isn’t just about space. It’s about living comfortably, meaningful connection, and living well with less. That’s what we’re building at The Citylifer.
