With over 15 years in business administration and human resources across both for-profit and non-profit sectors, I’ve always been drawn to the human side of work, bridging the gap between employees and management while advocating for holistic employee wellness. This experience fuels my desire to support individuals through career transitions that can often feel overwhelming. My credentials include being an Academy Certified Resume Writer (ACRW), Certified Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). I also hold training in mediation and crisis counseling.
