The Clearing Crew is built on compassion, grounded in experience, and driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and in control of their own space.

Between us, Colleen and I have spent decades working alongside people who’ve faced all kinds of challenges - supporting them to be heard, seen, and treated with dignity. That experience, along with a person centred and trauma-informed approach, is at the heart of everything we do.

We work across West Norfolk and Cambridgeshire (and occasionally a bit further afield if asked nicely!) offering discreet, professional, and non-judgemental support with decluttering, organisation, and hoard clearance. Whether we’re working directly with individuals or in partnership with local authorities or community groups, our focus is always the same: to meet people where they are and help them move forward - without shame, pressure or overwhelm.

We know this work is deeply personal. That’s why we take the time to listen, work at your pace, and create a safe, calm environment that puts you in the driving seat.

Our team is DBS checked, fully trained in COSHH, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice - because safety, trust, and respect are the foundation of everything we offer.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the build-up of ‘stuff’ in your home, you’re definitely not alone. The Clearing Crew supports people in taking back control of their living spaces through decluttering, organisation, and hoard clearance -always with, discretion, and a human approach.

We know it’s not just about clearing physical clutter as we work alongside clients to help develop practical strategies that keep them feeling in control long after we’ve gone.

If this sounds like something you or someone you know could benefit from, get in touch!
