Matt Pavia is currently the PGA Director of Golf at The Cliffs at Mountain Park and has held the position of Director of Golf at The Cliffs Valley since 2021. Previously, they served as a PGA Golf Professional at Jacksonville Country Club from 2010 to 2013 and as a Senior Assistant Professional at Carolina Country Club from 2005 to 2010. Matt began their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Piedmont Driving Club from 2000 to 2005. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 1999.
