THE PROBLEM

Can you imagine what your organisation would look like if the productivity of your key managers was improved by ten to fifteen percent?

Management is usually referred to as a “soft skills” area and the management improvement advice most often offered is “put your foot down and assert your authority”. Observe your managers in action and see for yourself. 

There is no “silver bullet” to being an effective manager. You need to understand and apply the basic principles, and the most effective and expedited way of doing this is to be guided by an experienced coach who has “been there and done it”.     

THE SOLUTION

After more than twenty years of corporate experience, I have run my own consulting, coaching and mentoring business for the last nineteen years. Over the last twelve years I have focused almost exclusively on Executive Coaching, and today my area of specialty lies in the transformation and empowerment of managers who want to be energised and reach new levels of effectiveness.

There are three key elements to my approach:

1.	I work with the manager to unpack the key elements of management and leadership specifically as it relates to his / her subordinates, peers, and superiors.
2.	I share my considerable work and consulting experience in this field to expedite improvement in the manager’s situation.
3.	I coach the manager in the application of his / her new insights and work with him / her to ensure that new behaviours are fully embedded.
