Francesca Roberts

Francesca Roberts is currently the Head of Commercial at the Global Equality Collective, where they focus on fostering inclusive educational environments. They co-founded WayPaths, aiming to improve alternative provision placements for young people, and lead consulting efforts through Let’s Go! Francesca previously held roles such as National Sales Manager at Gaia Learning and Relationship Consultant at Crest Plus. They studied Psychology at Middlesex University and Gateway College Leicester, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. With extensive experience in sales and strategy for mission-driven organizations, Francesca is passionate about making a positive impact in education and beyond.
