Carrie Estes has extensive experience in medical coding and education, currently serving as an HCC Coder at PopHealthMan since July 2009, focusing on accurate code selection for Medicare Advantage programs. Prior roles include Medical Coder at himagine solutions, where assistance was provided for coding backlog, and Instructor at Tucson College, teaching entry-level Medical Billing and Coding. Carrie has also worked as an Inpatient Hospitalist Coder at University Physicians Hospital and as a Certified Orthopaedic Coder for Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, where responsibilities included ensuring accurate evaluation and management coding.
