Karen Bradford

Karen Bradford has a wealth of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Karen began their career in 1999 as Director of Operations for Per-Se Technologies. In 2003, they moved to McKesson as a Senior Client Service Manager, where they were responsible for client relations and helping clients maximize revenue. In 2014, they joined Zotec Partners as a Client Manager, providing practice analysis, reimbursement analysis, management reporting, and strategic direction. In 2016, they became a Client Manager for Advocate Radiology Billing & Reimbursement Specialists, LLC, where they acted as a trusted industry adviser to C suite and physician partners in revenue cycle performance, healthcare delivery, and business development. In 2017, they accepted a contract role as a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Consultant for Reimbursement Management Consultants, Inc. In 2018, they were recruited to Medford Radiology Group, P.C. as a Revenue Cycle Manager, where they were responsible for all RCM functions for a private practice group. In 2021, they moved to OnePeak Medical as a Revenue Cycle Manager, where they were responsible for all RCM functions for 46 providers and staff of 15 FTEs. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Project Manager for The Coding Network.

Karen Bradford has completed course work in medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
