The Coffee Roaster is a Boutique coffee company with roasterys in Sydney & Brisbane.  We use Chinook Air Flow coffee roasting equipment achieving maximum roast quality and consistency.

Our Specialty Grade Arabica coffees are selected to produce the precise flavour profile required by our wholesale and retail customers.  We custom blend, roast & package coffee for our wholesale customers a unique four-colour label of their choice.

Our customers choose to market their company and build their goodwill through targeted product design, growing their business goodwill.  In this way, their business value grows instead of being just another outlet for the coffee supplier whose name is on the footpath barriers and umbrellas.
