The Cafe’s
The Coffee Virus Cafés are the start of a new era in ‘business canteens’. Providing quality food and drinks that are prepared with passion, care and wisdom.
The cafés are the perfect first impression for visitors. We create the intersection of connections between tenants and visitors in collective business buildings.
Through our intimate approach we collect personal and business data from individual tenants to create successful collaborations to help them grow.

Quality food and beverage
We provide quality food and drinks that are prepared with passion, care and sophistication. We aspire to work with fresh, healthy and local products. We are constantly educating ourselves about the products we use, the best way to treat them and how we can pair them. We provide the fuel for inspiration, innovation an productivity. Our products support this.

The perfect first impression
Enjoy an ever-changing menu of freshly made sandwiches, salads, soups, cakes and toasties.
Coffee is our passion and reason for existence. We serve all kinds of barista coffee, brewed according to your preferred method and personal flavour profile. There are three espresso roasts and three different filter roasts, which change frequently. The selected beans feature a sweet, a sour and a bitter oriented origin and roast.

Intersection of connection
Creating the intersection of connections for tenants and visitors in collective business buildings. This results in activities and events created by the tenants in corporation with the owner(s) of the building. These activities and events have a simple and clear purpose. An easier way to connect and discuss their business with other tenants. Within the right environment, The Coffee Virus facilitates this environment and enjoys developing new models and techniques to aid in perfect matches between tenants.
