Peter Handler

Peter Handler is a consultant and nonprofit leader with twenty-four years of experience in program design and evaluation, community engagement, research, and management. They currently serve as interim CEO of The Coleman Foundation (2023–Present) and provide strategic planning, facilitation, organizational assessments, and fundraising guidance through Peter Handler Consulting (2021–Present) for Chicago-area and national clients. They served as Executive Director of The Reva and David Logan Foundation (2014–2017) and held senior program roles at The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation (2009–2014). They earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Cornell University in 1983 and are currently studying Spanish history and language at the Institute of European Studies.
