Tim Hults

Tim Hults is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal management and community development. Notably, Hults served as the Interim Director of Planning and Development for Rockdale County Government in early 2023 and held the position of Interim Community Development Director for the City of Indian Wells in mid-2019. Hults has also worked as a Senior Associate with The Collaborative and as a Municipal Advisor/Consultant, providing expertise to various municipalities, including the City of Indian Wells Housing Authority. Hults' background includes serving as City Manager for the City of San Jacinto from 2009 to 2017 and taking on multiple interim leadership roles, including Interim Public Works Director for the City of Hemet. Hults holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University-Long Beach.
