The Collaborative Training Company (CTC) is a social enterprise that strengthens organizations while expanding access to meaningful careers.

We partner with nonprofit and government agencies to strengthen leadership and management practices, help solve role ambiguity and unclear decision rights, and improve team effectiveness. Through professional development, nonprofit consulting, and facilitated board and staff retreats, we help leaders navigate change, address dysfunction, and engage in the tough conversations that move organizations forward.

CTC’s social enterprise model reinvests revenue from client work into career readiness and soft skills training for emerging talent. To date, we’ve supported 500+ managers and leaders and trained 650+ emerging professionals with the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to thrive at work.

Through CTC’s Soft Skills Center, we deliver ready-to-use workshops that build communication, collaboration, accountability, and leadership capacity across the workforce.
