Iris Gasquez

Iris Gasquez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 with a 6-month internship in the Quality Department at an undisclosed company. After that, they worked as a Method Engineer from August 2013 to March 2014. From March 2014 to December 2014, they provided cover as a Quality Technologist and successfully implemented a Group Quality automated system. In January 2015, they became an Operation Coordinator, responsible for deploying the Lean Culture and supporting improvement projects. In May 2016, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Technical Account Manager, working closely with major UK retailers and managing the technical aspect of the products. Finally, from September 2018 to March 2023, they held the position of Technical Manager and Head of Technical at The Coconut Collab.

Iris Gasquez completed their Erasmus program in Food Safety and Control at London South Bank University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Diplome d'ingénieur - Master Degree in Industries alimentaires (Food Industry) at ENSAIA from 2010 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from QA Ltd in 2015. Iris also has certifications in Food Safety Level 3 and Internal Auditor from QA Ltd in 2014. Furthermore, they achieved an HACCP - Level 3 Award in January 2013 and obtained a DELE - B1 in May 2012. Iris also acquired a TOEIC in February 2012.
