THE COLLECTION is an agency providing consulting and outsourced management services.

We are a 'Collection' of Sales, Marketing & Management experts.
We specialize in Go-to-Market strategies and Customer-centricity
Rooted in Luxury, Extending success to all consumer-facing industries.

For 30 years, we have been managing businesses, providing strategic & operational consulting to business owners, executives and boards of directors.
We originally specialized in luxury cosmetics and selective distribution.

Then came the revelation: the core principles of our work in luxury could easily transfer to many other industries.

The link ? Customer always comes first. It is in the DNA of luxury, but rarely the case in other industries, especially where product performance is paramount.

Reflecting our conviction that non-luxury businesses have a lot to learn from luxury brands, our second leg is a step-by-step method as well as mentoring to help businesses grappling with challenges in sales, margins, and brand image in consumer-focused markets.

Finally, it is a natural progression for our experts to serve on advisory boards, helping organizations pivot from operational focus to consumer-driven strategies as a means to accelerate sustainable growth, safeguard assets, and increase shareholder value.
