The Collective Counsel (TCC) is a registered Social Enterprise under MSME (Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises), Government of India, dedicated to transforming the journey of first-generation lawyers across the country.

We are focused on building job-ready lawyers, not just law graduates. At The Collective Counsel, we design practical, career-focused courses that mirror real legal work — drafting, research, client communication, case preparation, contract handling, and problem-solving. Our programs don’t exist to hand out certificates; they exist to build competence and confidence that employers actually look for.

Every learner at CC works on real projects and industry-aligned tasks, creating a portfolio they can show to recruiters: case briefs, research notes, pleadings, agreements, legal opinions and more. This gives our learners a real advantage over traditional certificate-based workshops that don’t translate to jobs.

As a social enterprise, we are equally committed to support and opportunity, not just training. Along with skill-building, we enable work and earning pathways — internal and external project work, paid engagements, priority for internship and job applications, and certifications endorsed by partner employers.

Our goal is simple and non-negotiable:
help every learner move from “law student” to skilled legal professional with clarity, experience, and career opportunities — especially those who lack access to placement support, mentorship, or real practical exposure.
