The Collective is a theater training academy founded by Broadway and Television artist Michael Campayno. 

Mission:
The career of a theater artist is a marathon, not a sprint. Students will not only leave with a competitive foundational tool kit for their technique; but a stronger sense of self, confidence in their uniqueness, and their own version of success that will sustain their life as an artist.  

The founding principals of The Collective are based on the power of individuality, confidence, and discipline. These principals empower individuals whether they choose to pursue a professional career or not.
