The Collective School Project helps schools reduce teacher burnout, strengthen capacity, and improve student outcomes through Energy Leadership–based coaching, assessment, and professional development. Our services support educators who want to move from survival mode to sustainable, effective teaching while improving school culture and instructional quality.

Balance Before Burnout is our signature Energy Leadership coaching program for educators. Through a blend of 1:1 and group coaching, teachers learn to recognize their stress patterns, regulate their energy, and build sustainable habits that support emotional regulation, focus, and long-term wellbeing. This work helps educators reconnect to their purpose, rebuild capacity, and lead students and colleagues with more clarity, calm, and confidence.

We also provide individual and 360° Energy Leadership Index assessments that reveal how a teacher’s energy shifts in daily life and under stress. These attitudinal insights highlight strengths, stress triggers, and default responses so educators can shift from reactivity to intentional action, communicate with more clarity, and lead students with grounded, calm authority.

Our research-aligned professional development sessions range from 90-minute workshops to multi-day learning experiences tailored to each school’s goals. We integrate instructional best practices with energy-focused tools to strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and decision-making. Teachers learn strategies to increase student engagement and independence, navigate classroom challenges with confidence, and align daily decisions with instructional priorities. Together, these services create healthier teachers, stronger classrooms, and more resilient school communities.
