Alison Carroll

An Arlington, Virginia-based former professional linguist and now executive coach, Alison Carroll has been a student of Narrative Coaching since 2016 and is a certified member of the first Integrated Development Practitioner cohort led by Dr. David Drake in 2020 at The Moment Institute. She founded her coaching practice, The Hidden Narrative LLC, over a decade ago, and she partners with clients at different stages of life and career to find fulfillment, whatever their path through change. Alison has worked with military leaders transitioning with support from The COMMIT Foundation since 2014 and considers this engagement among the most enriching of her career.
