LTC (Ret) JC Glick is the Chief Executive Officer of the COMMIT Foundation, where they focus on transforming the experience of talented veterans as they transition into civilian life. With over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army, primarily in special operations, they completed more than 11 combat tours and held various leadership roles, including company commander and battalion commander. Glick has also worked as a leadership consultant for Fortune 500 companies and professional sports teams, authored two books on leadership, and delivered a TEDx talk on rethinking leadership. They hold a Master's Degree from the Naval War College and are currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. In addition to their advisory roles, Glick is recognized as a thought leader in leadership development within dynamic environments.
