Robert Brewer

Robert Brewer is a seasoned international relations leader and security cooperation expert with over 25 years of experience in managing global defense partnerships. Currently serving as a Faculty Senior Associate at Defense Security Cooperation University, they instruct on Security Cooperation Management. Previously, Brewer held significant roles in the U.S. Army, including Deputy Division Chief for Multinational Cooperation and Chief of International Military Affairs at U.S. Army Europe. They have also contributed as a Board member and Ruling Elder at Old Presbyterian Meeting House, and continue their education in various fields, including security and intelligence studies.
