Bridget Worley

Bridget Worley serves as the Chief State Impact Officer at The Commit Partnership, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Worley was the Founding Executive Director of the Texas Impact Network from January 2020 to August 2022 and worked as Senior Education Advisor at the Williams Family Foundation Inc. in late 2019. From July 2012 to August 2019, Worley held several roles at the Louisiana Department of Education, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, overseeing significant initiatives such as increasing the state graduation rate, developing a $150 million operating budget, and managing internal and external communications. Earlier in their career, Worley was a Policy Director, Policy Advisor at the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, Legislative Assistant at Van Scoyoc Associates, and a teacher with Teach For America. Worley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with concentrations in Political Science and Communications from Virginia Tech.
