Jarrod Jackson, PHR, is an accomplished HR and business operations manager known for their creativity and problem-solving skills. They served as the Audience and Community Relations Associate at NPR from 2014 to 2017 and have held various roles in operations and human resources at organizations such as Industrious and the Hill Center.
