Leah Ballard

Leah Ballard serves as the Director of Texas College Bridge and Director of Analytics at The Commit Partnership since July 2022. Additionally, Leah is a Career Coach and Owner at Succeed From Within LLC, a role assumed in February 2023. Prior experience includes positions as CTE Coordinator at GARLAND ISD from October 2020 to July 2022, Lead Counselor at South Garland High School from July 2019 to October 2020, and Lead CTE and Collegiate Counselor at Lakeview Centennial High School from August 2013 to July 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. In January 2023, Leah completed a training program at Coach Academy International.
