Miguel Solis has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within various organizations. Currently serving as President at The Commit Partnership since November 2020, Miguel has previously held the titles of Chief of Staff, Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives, and Senior Consultant within the same organization. Prior to that, Miguel was the Executive Director of the Coalition for a New Dallas from August 2019 to October 2021. Miguel's earlier roles include President of the Latino Center for Leadership Development and Director of Community Affairs at Symphonic Source. Additionally, Miguel served as Special Assistant to the Superintendent of Schools at Dallas ISD and as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Early in their career, Miguel worked as a Youth Vote Field Organizer for Obama for America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Lamar University.
