We have shaped investor decks, coached senior management, trained marketing teams, run workshops & inspiration days, and brought transparency & savings to media agency dealings.

The Collective was founded in 2019 by Paul Bay and Mike Cookson who share an advertising & media agency background, international client-side experience and a wealth of global learning advising founders and senior management over the last 20+ years.
