The Community Foundation is a UK-based nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering underserved and marginalised communities. We work at the grassroots level to create lasting impact by supporting small, local initiatives that often go overlooked.

Through strategic grantmaking, capacity-building, and community partnerships, we help local groups thrive and enable them to deliver critical services, promote inclusion, and drive systemic change from the ground up.

Since our founding, we’ve distributed funding and support to hundreds of community-led projects tackling issues such as poverty, mental health, youth development, domestic violence, education, and more.

Our goal is simple but powerful: to change lives and create opportunities for those who need them most.
