Ryan Thorp

Ryan Thorp is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner at Compass Diversified since 2019, Ryan previously held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at FOX Factory from 2014 to 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from 2009 to 2014, and Supervisor at KPMG from 2004 to 2007. Ryan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, earned between 2007 and 2009, and a B.Bus.Sci (Hons) with PGDA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town, completed from 1999 to 2003.
