Monty Hipp

Monty Hipp is the Founder and Co-Owner of The CompleMentor, a life-action design firm established in March 2011, which focuses on aiding leaders and their teams in personal growth and professional development through the implementation of the Life-action Grid. Previously, Monty Hipp served as the Vice President of Youth Initiatives at We Care America from February 2002 to September 2005. Monty Hipp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth from Northwest University, where studies were completed between 1979 and 1984.
