The Conscious Exchange was founded by three women with over 60 years of collective experience in the local and global business environment and socio-economic development sector. The team is composed of Coaches, Behavioural Analysts, Consultants and Trainers. Our skills set makes us unique by design. We reach seamlessly from training and development to team dynamics, performance coaching and cultural transformation. We make people development a sustainable and profitable exercise that makes business sense. 

Our business logic is composed of 5 pillars that we have identified through our experience and professional exposure. We strongly believe that by enabling the first pillar, which is people, a positive energy is created and this energy gives life to the other 4 pillars.
