John Flack.

John Flack has over 35 years of experience in real estate investment as the Chairman of EALP Ltd, successfully navigating various market conditions. Additionally, John Flack serves as an Animal Welfare Campaigner and has maintained a long-term role as a Justice of the Peace for Essex since 1988. As an active member of the Conservative Party since 1974, John Flack has held numerous leadership positions, including serving on the National Disciplinary Committee and being a Westminster Candidate in 2001. John Flack was also a Member of the European Parliament for the East of England from 2017 to 2019. Furthermore, John Flack was the Founding Chairman of Greenfields Community Housing, where leadership and expertise contributed to the initial success of the organization managing over 7,000 properties, becoming one of the top housing associations in East England. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading.
