Phil Richards

Phil Richards is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at The Contract Network and Lean Law Labs. Previously, Phil held the same position at Breakwater Solutions, Clairvoya, LLC, and DiscoverReady. Prior to their roles as CTO, Phil gained experience in various engineering positions at companies such as Bank of America, L-3 Communications, OnSat Network Technologies, TRW, and Noveena Wireless. Phil holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a MEEE in Digital Communications from the University of Utah, and a BSEE in RF Engineering from the University of Utah.
