The Cora Group is a leading developer, owner, and manager of sustainable Class A office space in Waterloo Region—one of Canada’s most dynamic innovation hubs.

We specialize in creating high-performance work environments tailored to today’s forward-thinking companies in research and technology. Our portfolio reflects a commitment to sustainability, modern design, and long-term operational excellence—supporting the needs of innovative teams and future-focused organizations.

Our developments are guided by LEED® and leading sustainability frameworks, integrating wellness, energy efficiency, and architectural sophistication. We build and manage with purpose—fostering workspaces that inspire productivity and reduce environmental impact.

Our landmark project, evolv1, located in the University of Waterloo’s David Johnston Research + Technology Park, is Canada’s first net-positive energy commercial office building. It produces more energy than it consumes and stands as a national model for regenerative, high-performance design.

Expanding on our mission, our Cora Grid Coworking Offices offer modern, private offices for small teams and startups seeking flexibility and community in a professional, amenity-rich environment. Designed to support collaboration and focus, Cora Grid redefines coworking for the innovation economy.

Whether you're building a startup, scaling a business, or supporting research and development, The Cora Group delivers premium office environments that empower people, performance, and the planet.
