Tim Tempel has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as President and Principal at The CORE Group – Builders since 2005, where previous roles included Vice President. Prior to this, Tim worked at Rudolph and Sletten from 1988 to 2005 as a Project Executive. Tim Tempel earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, completing studies in 1988.
